1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are secure.
2. What are the delivery times?
Orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days in mainland France, after your order has been processed and shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
3. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel using the provided link or directly from your customer account if you created one.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
Once an order has been confirmed, it is automatically processed for shipment. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been prepared.
5. What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part.
6. How can I request an exchange?
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and specify the item you’d like to exchange, along with the desired size or model. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact our customer service as soon as you receive the item and provide supporting photos. We are committed to offering you a quick solution (replacement, refund, or store credit).
8. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, deliveries are limited to mainland France. We do not currently ship internationally.
9. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily and enjoy a faster checkout process on future purchases.
