Returns and Exchanges

At JingleBox, your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have a legal period to request a return or an exchange under certain conditions.

Withdrawal Period

In accordance with current legislation (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay a penalty.

Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original, intact packaging.

  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).

  • Any return made after the 14-day period may be refused.

Return Procedure

  • Contact our customer service team by email at service@jinglebox.com or by phone to notify us of your return request.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive the necessary instructions to return your parcel.

  • Send the items to the address provided, preferably using a tracked shipping method.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error (defective item or shipping mistake).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (size, model, or color), please specify this in your message to customer service. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund has been completed.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g., worn socks, opened care accessories).
Sale or promotional items may also be excluded from this policy unless stated otherwise.
